Requirements
- NMBI Registered Psychiatric Nurse or General Nurse with psychiatric experience.
- Proven experience in adult mental health, rehabilitation, or community mental health services.
- Strong knowledge of mental health rehabilitation, clinical governance, and Mental Health Commission standards.
- Excellent clinical, leadership, teaching, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, health and safety requirements, and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, patient-centered nursing care in line with NMBI standards.
- Assess, plan, and deliver individualized care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain accurate records.
- Support staff training and assist with unit management when required.
- Participate in quality improvement and professional development.
